The Story

Ava Dorsey, founder of Ava’s Pet Palace, is a 13-year-old kidpreneur. She started her company at just 8 years old because she recognized the need for healthy pet treats made with quality and tasty ingredients. As a dog and a cat owner herself, Ava believes that every pet owner should have the option to buy organic and natural pet food that prioritizes the health and wellness of their four-legged friends.

Ava’s mission is to educate pet owners about pet treats and help them explore options that simultaneously promote animal health and taste-bud satisfaction. 

 
 
Shipping FAQs

Get FREE standard shipping when you spend $50 or more!  

Shipping is just $5 for your entire order under $50.

We currently ship in all 50 states in the USA.

Most products ship next business day from our warehouse in New Jersey, or directly from our vendors.

Custom products (apparel, totes, home goods, etc) are designed by us and ship directly from our USA based printer. Custom items typically need 5 days for printing and 5-7 days for delivery. (They are worth the wait! 🥰 )

If your order contains both regular and custom items, you'll receive them separately.  

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be pawsitively happy with your purchase, so we offer drama free returns!

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Refund will be processed in the original form of your payment.

I ordered these for my sister's dog. I hear the treats didn't last long, lol. Knowing he is spoiled by good food regularly, these treats come out as a clear winner. They are made with simple and healthy ingredients.
