Most products ship next business day from our warehouse in New Jersey, or directly from our vendors.

Custom products (bandanas, apparel, totes, home goods, etc) are designed by us and ship directly from our USA based printer. Custom items typically need 5 days for printing and 5-7 days for delivery. (They are worth the wait! 🥰 )

If your order contains both regular and custom items, you'll receive them separately.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Refund will be processed in the original form of your payment.
